Failures Predictive System on mineral conveyor belts

This new technology developed by Aplik proposes failure predictive measures through vision systems and sensors, located in key parts of the  production line, this system continuously captures images or information on both sides of the conveyor belt.

This vision systems consist on cameras and illuminators, they are responsible for observing both, outside (load side) and inside of the belt. All backed with communication and control systems.

Whenever is necessary, this vision system can be complemented with field sensors, operating in the same predictive way. These technologies allow data collection to maintain a sufficient time to predict their behavior and intervene promptly.
